Space and Shape Giveway/Review
So, I was lucky enough to win a beautiful cushion from Space and Shape so as a thank you, I thought I would do a quick review on it and add a little bit about this company. My dealings with them were fab from a customers' point of view, so they deserve a wee mention, don't you think?
The website itself is easy to navigate and beautifully elegant. Their pieces are timeless and it would be all too easy to get a little carried away with the credit card!
Just look at this gorgeous Poul Henningsen Artichoke Lamp reproduction at £244:
And, you can own this iconic Arne Jackobsen Egg Chair for £412 (price for an original £4,875):
So, all in all, Space and Shape offer fabulous quality reproduction furniture for a fraction of the original price. What's not to love about them?
So this is the cushion I won over on my twitter account @hammeremma courtesy of Space and Shape's twitter account @spaceandshape. They do regular give-aways. To take part, all you have to do is follow their account and Retweet the relevant competition tweet.
It arrived in the post prompty, packed in a huge box and wrapped in pink tissue paper. I like little touches like that, even more so since it was a free gift!
The cushion is very plump and great quality....no loose fibres, or dodgy stitching, so for £25.50 I think it is pretty good value. We all like a few cushions that stand out from the rest, don't we? You can peruse their cushions at your leisure here.
In the meantime, here's a few close-ups, so you can see the quality and design for yourself:
That's it! A big thank you to Space and Shape, and I hope you enjoy my blog post! :)
We pride ourselves on our quality replica furniture, inspired by Charles Eames, Arne Jacobsen and more.
Explore and invigorate your home with our timeless furniture, both legally and securely.
As every piece is hand-made, please allow 8-12 weeks from order to delivery.

Stir - Breakfast Tea with Daily Cultures and Crohn's Disease
Hi Guys!
Well, this is my first little post about prizes. I'm hoping, (once I find my feet as a new blogger) that I can give comprehensive information about the products I have been trying. This is all rather new to me, so I'm sure it will appear very juvenile to most experienced bloggers, but I'm sure I'll find my feet eventually!
Well, I have been treated for a Crohns' flare-up very recently and my tummy is just starting to heal again. So, it's a good opportunity to work out the benefits of this new product by Stir that contain cultures which are good for the gut. I was lucky enough to win English Breakfast on twitter with my account @hammeremma.

The Product
Well, I have been treated for a Crohns' flare-up very recently and my tummy is just starting to heal again. So, it's a good opportunity to work out the benefits of this new product by Stir that contain cultures which are good for the gut. I was lucky enough to win English Breakfast on twitter with my account @hammeremma.
Each pack contains 14 tea bags, which you drink one per day. My goal is to try it over the two week period and compare it to previous flare-ups and see if it might help the healing process or symptoms.
Today is DAY 1 so I'll be sure to report back my findings.
It may be that there is nothing to report as the company certainly doesn't claim to help Crohn's but I was willing to see if there's any noticeable improvements from previous recoveries.
I'll bulk this out more as I go along. I hope you enjoy the review/analysis.
Either way; although you are definitely aware that there is a distinct under-taste of the cultures, it certainly is a delicious brew!

Welcome - Coompletely Overwhelmed Noob
Welcome to my blog. I am completely new to this and just finding my feet so please excuse me. Once I am up and running, I hope to just post about things that interest me from what's on TV to the wider world.
I hope you find it interesting. I have quite a lot of interests. I'm hoping that after a while, I will find my niche.
Thanks for looking. Any advice, gladly welcomed! I'm feeling pretty lost and overwhelmed at the moment!
